Pso2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using pso2's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the pso2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the pso2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pso2 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The pso2 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of pso2 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted one active account. Attempting to create multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent restrictions may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. pso2 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that takes place under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the pso2 support team immediately through the help channels available within the platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Pso2 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only, in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software or scripts to access, manipulate, or exploit the platform
- Sharing or lending account access to another party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform
- Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content through the platform
- Using a false identity or providing misleading information during registration or transactions
Pso2 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the pso2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other methods listed in the Deposit section of your account.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except in cases of verifiable technical error. Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction. pso2 is not responsible for delays or failed transactions caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the current withdrawal policy available in your account. pso2 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits, as a security and fraud prevention measure. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set and displayed within the platform.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions have been met in full.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Pso2 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting or gaming. The platform is provided "as is" and pso2 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pso2 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of pso2. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The pso2 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers. pso2 has no control over the content or policies of those services and accepts no liability for any losses arising from your use of them.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Pso2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses) may be claimed subject to the completion of an investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Changes to Terms
Pso2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the pso2 platform will be resolved through the appropriate process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
